This program is a parents-driven initiative formulated on the basis of complaints, proposals, and requests formally submitted through the Parents' Portal. Each reporting process is initiated only after receiving documented representations from parents and is conducted strictly in reference to the issues raised therein. All reports are supported by evidence, records, and materials provided by parents and students, forming part of a complete and verifiable record. The platform acts solely as a responsible reporting and facilitation medium for parents' collective concerns.
